Abriox Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (no. 05513831). Abriox Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abriox Limited and is incorporated in the State of Texas (Federal ID no. 01-0879188).

In September 2006 Finance Wales Investments Limited provided loan funding to support additional product development and expansion. Finance Wales was created by the Welsh Assembly Government to provide commercial funding to Welsh businesses. It has assisted over 1000 companies and community enterprises throughout Wales, encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship by offering financial solutions on a commercial basis.
