CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our aim is to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This comes first from the performance and reliability of our products.
We also want to support customers proactively to ensure that they get the maximum value from Abriox products and systems. We are not a service company – although we have excellent relationships with third parties who provide turnkey CP design, installation and commissioning services and who incorporate our MERLIN system into their projects.
If you have a specific delivery deadline please let us know and we will endeavour to meet it.
We provide recalibration and back-up battery replacement – or this can be done at a customer’s Service Centre.
Our qualified engineering staff are at customers’ disposal for technical support on hardware and software issues. Just call us by ‘phone and we’ll be pleased to assist in any way we can.
