We are delighted to announce that we have received a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation.
The Queen's Award for Enterprise is the most prestigious corporate accolade that a UK business can win. They are an independent endorsement of quality and recognise and reward outstanding achievement by UK companies. They are also esteemed internationally as an indication of the highest quality standards in business.
The Award for Innovation is presented to companies that have demonstrated commercial success through innovative products or services over at least 5 years - including invention, performance, marketing, distribution and after-sales support.
This Award recognises the commercial success of Abriox in designing, developing and marketing the MERLIN Cathodic Protection Remote Monitoring System. MERLIN helps improve the efficiency of fuel distribution networks by providing demonstrable asset management, safety, economic, environmental and compliance benefits.
The Queen's Awards for Enterprise are made each year by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, on the advice of the Prime Minister, who is assisted by an Advisory Committee that includes representatives of Government, industry and commerce, and the trade unions.
The Awards are given solely on merit and competition is fierce. The number of Awards presented each year is not pre-set and depends on the quality of the applications received.
